Where should I send a deletion request?

Send it to office@zavyra.com from the address associated with the account where possible.

Should I include my password or token?

No. Never send passwords, provider tokens or payment details.

Does disconnecting automatically delete every record?

No. Disconnecting stops new synchronization. Eligible active records and residual backups follow the verified deletion scope, technical backup cycles and applicable legal obligations.

How long does a deletion request take?

Where GDPR applies, Zavyra targets a response within one month after identity and scope are verified. A lawful extension or retention requirement is explained to the requester.
