Zavyra Books connects sales and cost documents with commerce operations, so an invoice, payment, receivable or cost is not detached from its source order. The module provides a controlled flow from data collection through OCR and field review to approval and settlement. Operators can review document type, totals, tax, counterparty, due date and payment state in one finance area.
Country, tax, numbering, bank-account and printable-document settings adapt the module to the implemented accounting profile. Automated recognition does not replace human control: fields that require evaluation remain identified, and a document should not be treated as approved merely because it was read. Available declarations and rules depend on the configured country.
